Refund Policy
Memberships
Cancel any time from the Account page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't issue mid-period refunds, but we won't charge you again. EU consumer 14-day right of withdrawal applies for first-time subscribers who haven't used the service.
Merch — physical
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the ship date shown at checkout. After shipping, return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping costs.
Merch — digital (city guides)
Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded. If the file fails to deliver, we'll resend or refund — email shop@irlmeet.com.
Bookings
Hangout payments happen off-platform between member and companion, so IRL doesn't process refunds on those. If a companion no-shows, report it in chat or email safety@irlmeet.com for credit and account review.
How to request
Email shop@irlmeet.com (merch) or billing@irlmeet.com (memberships) with your order or account email. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days.
